Love letters of a Nun

The book "Love letters of a Nun", the publication of which has caused a sensation in seventeenth-century in France, wherever it is published, has become a best-seller. The authorship of these letters is not clear. Some support the view that the author is himself nuns. For the last five letters, which for more than three centuries reprinted in circulations heady, read by millions of readers and studied by distinguished scholars have written and Leo Spitzer, Rainer Maria Rilke, Frédéric Deloffre etc. Extremely great interest in these letters can be assumed to have occurred because, as Rilke says, readers have found in them "an unprecedented effort full of love."
