Primo Shllaku (1947) is a contemporary famous writer born in Shkodra. After completing his studies in Albanian Language and Literature, Eqrem Çabej proposed him to teach at the University of Tirana, but his name was canceled. His works has been published only after the collapse of the communist regime. His most famous works are: Night Flower, The Salted Moon of the Day, Even the words go to hell and The Musicians.
