Ibrahim Berisha (1955) is a poet, prose writer and journalist. He was the founder of the Information Centre of Kosovo and its leader (1990-1993). He is university lecturer and Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of Pristina.
Some of his books that include poetry, stories and novels, works of sociological and cultural one are: “Media-agents of communications”, “Convergence intellectual”, “Media and transition”, “Socio-culture”, “Woman of loneliness”, “Spirit of the rain”, “On Tuesday evening”, “Origin of rediscovery”, “Gecko”, “Surface of the Sunday”, “The End is possible”, “The cage of fear”, “Tribe of the lost kings” etc.
His works was translated into several languages and has won numerous literary awards.
