Donika Dabishevci (1980) is a poet and critic. She has graduated at the Faculty of Philology and Master of Arts at Department of ‘Albanian Literature’ at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Pristina, and in 2013 a PhD at the University of Tirana, also in the Department of Literature on “Prose poetry in Albanian literature”.
So far she has published the following poetry books: “Chrysanthemum exploded” (1996); “Imaging fragile” (2004), “I’ll come to you as death” (2015).
She is a member of PEN Center of Kosovo and the Kosovo Writers’ Club. She is editor at Public
Television of Kosovo and professor of literature at one of the private universities in Pristina. Her poems has been translated into several languages.
